2 years old!!!

My baby woke up this morning and was a whole 2 years old!! We didn't want to break tradition so we headed to Disneyland to celebrate!!

Our sweet, loving, caring, nurturing, smart and amazing 2 year old!


We decided since we were just at Disneyland in February that we'd do some of the things we'd never done with Alana yet. So we started with the Submarines! It was fun, Alana loves Nemo so it was fun for her to see, there were some parts that were dark and loud that she held onto Daddy for, but she enjoyed most of it!


Last time we went to she wasn't tall enough to ride Autopia, and this time she was, amazing how much she has grown!!!

Alana and Daddy! She woke up kind of cranky and had a runny nose, I think her mollers are coming in, so she just wanted daddy to hold her all day. He's such a sucker for his baby!

Alana rode with me on the Astrorbiter! (Funny because I have this same picture of my niece Hailey and I from years ago when she was a little bit older)

Not only did Alana not really want to look at the camera all day, but she loved Mickey until we got up to him... again...

This is as close as she would let him get. She loves Mickey so much it's weird that she acts this way when she gets to meet him.

At DCA they had the water on, it was a really warm day so we let Alana get kind of wet! She enjoyed it!

When she watches TV, it's normally the Disney Channel and she loves her Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! They have an awesome show called Play House Disney that is really well done. You sit on the floor and up on a little stage the characters pop out of it. We've seen it a few times, but Alana really enjoyed it today. It's crazy to see how much different she is every time we go!

After our YUMMY lunch at Pizza Port Alana got a nap in, in the stroller! Then we headed for Ice Cream! Alana and daddy shared a big sundae! It was a birthday sundae for her!

She coudln't take any time out to look at the camera, she had to concentrate on her sundae.

After Ice Cream she decided it was time to run the park and pose for the camera... sugar?? I think so!

She's only a ham on her own terms!! Kids....

We headed to Flick's fun fair and rode all the little rides, I am sad to say my stomach hurt after all of the spinning ones... daddy will have to take her from now on. What a winnie I am these days!

YAH for us for making it through 2 years of parenting! Love you babe, thank you for taking us to Disneyland again!

Alana's big party is on Sunday at our house! Having the most beautiful backyard to throw a party in makes life so much easier on us!! Pictures next week to come of her party.
