Monday Morning Blues...

Working out 5-6 days a week doing lots of cardio, weights, Biggest Loser work outs on demand... We've gone through 3 weeks already. The first week I lost 9 pounds, crazy right? Well week 2 and now week 3 I haven't lost another damn pound!!!!!!! Still at 9 pounds. How is it possible to be working out so much and eating good and for 2 weeks now not loosing anymore weight? Last week Victor went up a few pounds but now is down the few to the same weight as before! I'm so discouraged........

You are doing so good!! Don't get yourself down!! It going to take time, but just to be down 9 pounds and not gain any of that back is a HUGE accomplishment!! We all love you and you're doing great!!
